**Neighbourhood Officer**

**Start: 5th June (3 Month Contract)**

**Location: Ealing**

**Salary: £17.09 p/Hour**

**Our client**:
Our client are one of the largest Housing Associations in the South-East, and are looking for a Neighbourhood Officer to join their busy team for 3 months'.

**Main purpose of the role**:
To deliver high quality housing management service to residents, and to represent the organisation services and have a high profile presence on estates and neighbourhoods, based in the Ealing Office you will manage a patch of 600-650 properties.

**Main duties & responsibilities**:

- To carry out and monitor regular estate inspections, tenancy audits and ensure accurate records are maintained and actions are taken to deal with issues
- To manage tenancies related to housing services residents in accordance with policies, procedures and targets.
- Be the point of contact to resolve and investigate complaints by residents and provide advice and guidance.
- To build relationships and work with both internal and external stakeholders
