**Purpose of the Role**
I am representing a Housing Association based in West London, who are looking for someone to deliver a high-quality housing management service to their residents. You will be managing a patch of 600-650 properties and have a high-profile presence on the estates and neighbourhoods.

**Main Responsibilities**
- To carry out and monitor regular estate inspections, tenancy audits and ensure accurate records are maintained and actions are taken to deal with issues.
- To manage tenancies related to housing services residents in accordance with policies, procedures, and targets.
- Be the point of contact to resolve and investigate complaints by residents and provide advice and guidance.
- Ensure that IT systems are regularly updated, and effective manual record systems are maintained.
- To build relationships and work with both internal and external stakeholders.
- To attend and represent the Housing Association at court, external meetings, case conferences, forums, and evictions.
- Ensure that the tenancy management objectives and key performance indicators are achieved.
- Responsible for resolving customer queries promptly, including liaison with the Operational Teams, residents, local authorities, and 3rd party providers as required.
- Work with diverse tenants who require extra support and refer them to appropriate support services.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in the Social Housing Sector as a neighbourhood officer or a similar role
- Good working knowledge of social housing legislation
