Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team at Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited.
The successful candidate will work closely with our Sales team to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring all customer orders are booked promptly and efficiently. They will also assist in managing and developing high-value accounts, building strong relationships with external customers, and providing excellent communication skills to interact with people of all levels.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer service or order management role within a manufacturing organization, with great telephone manner and a drive to ensure excellent customer service and quality of customer experience. They will also have strong communication and negotiation skills, experience working with ERP and CRM systems, and proficiency in MS Office products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to external customers, ensuring all enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure all customer orders are booked promptly and efficiently.
- Assist in managing and developing high-value accounts, building strong relationships with external customers.
- Use excellent communication skills to interact with people of all levels, including Operations and internal customers.
- Recommend enhancements and simplifications to customer services procedures.
- Assist with ad hoc customer services projects or perform other tasks as required by the Customer Services Manager.
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer service or order management role within a manufacturing organization.
- Great telephone manner.
- Drive to ensure excellent customer service and quality of customer experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with ERP and CRM systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office products.
