Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent customer success, training, and guidance.
- Develop and execute customized strategies to drive customer ROI and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to deliver innovative solutions to customers.
- Proactively identify future customer needs and requirements to provide timely solutions and support.
- At least three years of Customer Service/Account Management experience.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to proactively manage work.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and its value to businesses.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to any situation.
- Upbeat and proactive attitude with a passion for helping others succeed.
- 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays.

We're based in the beautiful village of Little Eaton, with free on-site parking and plenty of local amenities. Hybrid working will be available after the probation period is passed.
