As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all monthly targets are met, creating a strong team environment, and recruiting and developing the retail team. You will also be responsible for understanding all current and future products, educating the retail team on product knowledge, and assisting with ordering products, stock control, and delivery of goods.

Additionally, you will be responsible for carrying out month and year-end retail stock takes, controlling the team rota, and ensuring the customers have a positive experience while in the store.

Through relevant retail experience, with some in a management/supervisory position, you must be able to demonstrate acquired skill and measurable success in each of the following areas:

  • Managing a team
  • Driving performance through KPIs
  • Knowledge of Retail IT systems
  • Commerciality and merchandising skills
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential

You must be an energetic self-starter with a strong work ethic, able to make timely decisions, anticipate problems, identify areas of opportunity, and provide creative, logical, and efficient solutions.
