Job Title: Loyalty Marketing Manager

Resideo is seeking a highly skilled Loyalty Marketing Manager to join our team in the EMEA region. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive communications strategy for our UK Pro PERKS program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a loyalty program strategy to drive customer retention and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and optimize the enrolment workflow.
  • Analyse customer data to identify trends and opportunities for retention improvement.
  • Design and implement loyalty programs and incentives to drive long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Foster close relationships with the sales team to coordinate efforts and ensure program success.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform program strategy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in loyalty marketing, customer retention, or a similar role.
  • Experience working within the EMEA region, particularly the UK market.
