About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Sales Director to join our team at Broadcom Inc. as a member of the Symantec Enterprise Division. As a key member of our security specialist sales team, you will be responsible for driving new sales of Symantec's cybersecurity solutions into a defined set of existing large enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply your knowledge of the cybersecurity industry, market, and competitive landscape to educate prospective and current customers on the business value of Symantec's security offering.
  • Scope, negotiate, and close enterprise contracts to exceed all bookings and revenue targets.
  • Establish access and create positive business relationships with key executives and senior-level decision makers, including CISOs, Heads of Network Security, CIOs, and CTOs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders to drive product adoption in target accounts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account and territory plans.
  • Regular forecasting of business opportunities to Sales and executive leadership.
  • Stay well-informed about product roadmaps and understand the scenarios, features, and functions within each product, and how these are applied to address business and technical problems.
  • Coordinate requirements for proofs of concept with Sales Engineers and Product Management.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of sales experience with at least 5 years selling enterprise security solutions in areas such as Cloud Security, Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), Zero Trust (ZTNA), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Endpoint Security (EDR), Advanced Threat solutions, and Cloud Access Security (CASB).
  • Exceeding sales quota as a Large Enterprise Account Manager focused on a defined set of F1000 accounts.
  • Ability to effectively articulate and present well in front of technical and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated passion for selling cybersecurity and ability to win.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with a positive-aggressive attitude and excellent organizational skills.
  • Devotion to continual personal sales development, customer service, and follow-up.
  • Ability to be flexible and work in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to work with a variety of internal groups.
