Operational Associate Workforce Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operational Associate Workforce Manager to join our Research and Product Operations team at NFER. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering the required operational associate workforce for projects through the recruitment, onboarding, allocation, reallocation, payment, and day-to-day supervision of our Test Administrator (TA) pool.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, onboard, and allocate Test Administrators for projects
  • Manage the day-to-day supervision of Test Administrators, ensuring quality and productivity
  • Coordinate the payment and reallocation of Test Administrators as needed
  • Collaborate with colleagues across NFER to provide the appropriate field workforce for projects
Requirements

We are looking for a proactive and solution-focused individual with excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing. You will need strong Excel skills, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft365, nested formulae, and macros. Knowledge or experience of working in R, VBScript, or similar languages, Power Query, and MS Forms would be desirable.
