Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Stafforce Recruitment. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Process sales orders and queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
