Position Overview

Job Title: Service Coordinator

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

We are excited to present an opportunity for a Service Coordinator to lead our Young People’s service in Halton. We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to enhance our already successful service delivery.

As a Service Coordinator, your primary focus will be on overseeing a dedicated team of Support Workers to deliver services that foster positive outcomes for young individuals. You will also be responsible for cultivating strong partnerships with local authorities and other service providers to support the young people you will be working with.

We seek a candidate who can embody our values and ethos in practice, actively seeking opportunities to implement positive changes and creative strategies that empower young people to achieve their aspirations and independence, in accordance with Ofsted standards.
