- Liaise with Workshop Team: Collaborate with the Foreman/Service Manager to ensure smooth workflow and efficient completion of tasks.
- Communicate with Customers: Keep customers informed of any delays or issues, ensuring they are satisfied with the service provided.
- Maintain Workshop Loading: Ensure the workshop is running at optimal capacity, utilizing full labor potential.
- Deal with Customer Queries: Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Motor Trade Experience: A minimum of [X] years of experience in the motor trade industry.
