About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Service Express. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to engage potential customers and create new sales opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with Senior Account Executives and other stakeholders to drive business growth
  • Utilize a variety of outreach tools, including phone, email, and social platforms, to develop interactions with potential customers
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly metrics, including meetings scheduled and opportunities created
Requirements
  • 1 year of professional experience in sales, customer service, or a related field with a strong interest in impacting customer solutions
  • Outgoing personality and ability to thrive in a high-energy/fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized and able to adapt to change quickly
  • Ability to think on your feet and ask/answer questions with ease
  • Strong motivation and ability to drive team culture and momentum
  • Able to learn tools, technology, and processes quickly
  • A "never stop learning" mentality and ability to apply it daily
