Hours of Work: 16 hours per week, specifically on Thursday and Friday. This role is part of a job-share arrangement, requiring flexibility to cover for your job-share partner during times of leave, illness, or training.

The Role: The successful candidate will be part of the core team, collaborating closely with the Building Manager to ensure the efficient operation of the facility.

Your responsibilities will include providing a customer-oriented and comprehensive administrative, support, and reception service to the building, management team, various LinkLiving services, residents, commercial tenants, and the public.

You will oversee the coordination and execution of repairs throughout the facility, liaising with colleagues and contractors.

This role also involves delivering confidential administrative support to all services located within the building, including residential accommodation, wellbeing services, tenancy support, and employability programs.

About You: You should be adept at managing your workload effectively, even under conflicting deadlines. As the primary point of contact, exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with strong telephone etiquette.

A solid proficiency in computer skills is required, as regular updates to databases and spreadsheets are part of the role.

Moreover, the ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative, and collaborating effectively with team members are crucial for success in this position.
