Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Retail Sales Stylist to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales through personalized styling and product recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional one-to-one customer service, ensuring a seamless and augmented shopping experience for all clients, including VIPs.
  • Build and maintain a loyal clientele, collecting and managing customer data to inform personalized marketing efforts.
  • Demonstrate and share in-depth knowledge of luxury brands and market trends with clients, offering tailored product recommendations and styling advice.
  • Offer a multi-channel shopping experience, ensuring a cohesive and engaging service across all touchpoints.
  • Strive to achieve personal sales targets and contribute to overall business targets through upselling and cross-selling across categories.
  • Monitor customer shopping behavior and stock performance, providing valuable insights to store management.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with management to build relationships and suggest innovative ways to engage and delight clients.
  • Develop and maintain individualized communication techniques to ensure the best customer experience and maximize selling opportunities.
  • Take initiative with daily store operational tasks, including maintaining a well-presented shop floor, merchandising, stock management, and deliveries.
  • Collaborate with store management and the wider team to ensure a positive and productive working environment.

Requirements

  • Previous retail sales experience in a luxury environment, with a proven track record of success.
  • An existing client database, with a strong understanding of customer relationships and loyalty programs.
  • Excellent knowledge of luxury brands, with a passion for fashion and high-end products.
  • A passion for empowering women to look and feel their best, with a strong understanding of the importance of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to deal sensitively and confidently with clients.
  • Ability to communicate KOIBIRD's values and brand philosophy to clients and team members alike.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, reflecting the company's values and aesthetic.
  • Right to work in the UK.
