This Senior Product Manager will lead our initiatives to evaluate our business's impact and performance.

In collaboration with your engineering manager, you will address complex strategic challenges to develop a comprehensive roadmap and backlog.

This role involves effective prioritization, addressing challenges proactively, and being actively engaged in the development process, delivering valuable insights and innovative features to both our teams and customers.


You will collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders to guide development efforts, frequently engaging with senior leadership and working closely with various teams and external partners to ensure we remain at the forefront of our industry and compliant with regulations.


Key Qualifications:

Success in this role requires a balance of customer focus, technical expertise, and commercial acumen, all while maintaining a commitment to delivering value.

We seek an individual who can manage multiple priorities, articulate a clear vision and objectives for a suite of products, and unite a cross-functional agile team.


Pragmatism and resilience are essential; addressing our environmental impact is a long-term endeavor, and you will need to translate a broader vision into actionable short- to medium-term strategies that inspire and empower teams.

You will be a people-oriented leader, responsible for mentoring multiple direct reports, sharing your experiences, and fostering a supportive environment for their professional growth.


You will excel in day-to-day product management processes (agile ceremonies, user stories, prioritization) and be comfortable navigating both the details and the overarching strategy.

Moreover, you will assist your direct reports in enhancing their product management skills.


Your proficiency with data will be a key asset; understanding how to leverage data to inform decisions is crucial, and experience with data visualization tools is a plus.

You will be an effective influencer, adapting your approach to advance our strategy while remaining authentic.

Generating enthusiasm and achieving consensus among stakeholders at all levels of the organization will be vital, as will understanding and influencing key dependencies across our division.


You will demonstrate courage in advocating for agile delivery methodologies, coaching your team and stakeholders to embrace a test-and-learn approach, adapt quickly, and deliver results iteratively.

Your adaptability will be crucial, as you may need to respond to new regulations and industry shifts.


Having a genuine interest in technology, you will work closely with engineers, architects, and external partners to develop real software solutions.


Curiosity is key; staying informed about industry trends and sustainability issues will enable you to identify opportunities to integrate our sustainability agenda into daily operations.

You will actively engage with our product community, driving progress and continuous learning.
