Primary Responsibilities

Your role will involve supporting trained hemodialysis staff to enhance service efficiency and timeliness for patients undergoing treatment. Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all medical equipment is clean and well-maintained
  • Collaborating with domestic supervisors to uphold high cleaning standards
  • Managing the availability of equipment and supplies within the dialysis unit
  • Reporting maintenance needs and coordinating patient transport services
Additionally, you will assist in continuous quality improvement initiatives by conducting audits within the department. Keeping ward information boards updated and maintaining feedback from patients and families will also be part of your duties.
