Key Responsibilities:- Support the development of our organizational strategy and strategic planning process.
- Co-manage staff retreat planning and facilitate team-building activities.
- Manage a team of full-time organizers and oversee human resources policies and needs.
- Work with our national network to leverage grant funding and support fundraising efforts.
- Ensure financial management and legal compliance, including budgeting and financial reporting.
