Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Front of House Apprentice. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the smooth operation of our events, and contributing to the overall success of Beeston Manor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation and service of meals, including the 3-course wedding breakfast
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Support the bar team, serving drinks and maintaining a clean and organized bar area
  • Collect and polish glassware, cutlery, and other tableware
  • Contribute to the cleaning and maintenance of the venue, including hoovering, polishing windows, and mopping floors
  • Fold and arrange napkins and other linens

Requirements

  • Must be over the age of 18 due to serving on the bar
  • Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, days, afternoons, and nights, including Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to multitask
  • Reliable transportation to and from work, as public transportation is limited
