About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our culinary team as an Apprentice Culinary Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving food to a high standard in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook food for events, including multi-course meal wedding breakfast services, for guest numbers ranging from 30 to 180.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to prepare and serve fresh food to a high standard.
  • Assist with preparing and cooking breakfast, restaurant service, and buffets.

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent multitasking, focus, and communication skills.
  • 2 years' experience in banqueting and restaurant service is required.
  • Flexibility to work day, evening, weekend, and bank holiday shifts.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work, as public transportation is not readily available.
