The Role
As a Therapist in our Swim Club, you will deliver professional treatments to guests in an environment of exceptional customer service. You will report to the Swim Club Manager and work closely with the team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a range of beauty treatments to guests, including massages, facials, manicures, and pedicures.
- Discuss treatment options with guests and provide professional advice where needed.
- Ensure all guest feedback is passed on to the Swim Club Manager.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members.
- Manage bookings effectively and adapt to changing guest needs.
Requirements
- NVQ level 3 in beauty therapy or equivalent qualification.
- Qualifications in hot stone massage, reflexology, pregnancy massage, oncology massage, and holistic therapies are desirable.
- Availability to work weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Discretion and reliability.
- Self-motivation and ability to work under own initiative.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Outstanding communication skills.
