About the Role

As a Retail Senior Design Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing retail design strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to create immersive retail experiences that bring our brand to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop retail store formats, including concept ideation, in-store design, and roll-outs
  • Collaborate with operational drivers, marketeers, project managers, program managers, and construction specialists to ensure seamless execution
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of retail design trends, technologies, and best practices
  • Provide guidance and support to junior designers and team members to help them grow and develop in their roles
Requirements
  • Proven experience in retail design, with a focus on store formats and concept ideation
  • Strong understanding of retail design principles, including visual merchandising, store layout, and branding
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in CAD software, including VectorWorx and AutoCAD
  • Ability to travel up to 30 days per year
