Position Overview

We are seeking a committed and proactive individual to become a vital member of our Sexual Health team as a Healthcare Administrative Assistant. This part-time role will involve supporting various clinics across the region, primarily focusing on front desk operations and assisting with our Triage communication line. You will play a crucial role in delivering a professional and efficient clerical service to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional organizational and administrative capabilities, demonstrating attention to detail and the ability to navigate challenges effectively. Proficiency in keyboarding and telephone communication is essential, along with a strong commitment to maintaining high-quality work standards. Flexibility in working hours to accommodate service needs is also required.

Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills are critical, as the role involves regular interaction with patients and collaboration with team members. Comprehensive training will be provided for utilizing hospital information systems.

Proficiency in the Welsh language is preferred for this position; however, applications from both Welsh and English speakers are encouraged.
