About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Shift Leader to join our team at One Stop. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate the team to deliver a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  2. Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure a safe and secure environment for customers and colleagues.
  3. Provide guidance and support to colleagues to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service.
  4. Monitor and maintain store standards, including cleanliness and presentation, to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
  5. Identify opportunities to improve store operations and implement changes to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  6. Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and implement company initiatives.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers to ensure a positive and productive working environment.
  8. Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and adherence to company standards.
