About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Shift Leader to join our team at Tesco. As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing excellent customer service, and leading a team of colleagues to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the team to deliver a clean, well-stocked store that exceeds customer expectations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, listening to customers and helping to resolve any issues.
  • Take ownership of running duty shifts, ensuring that the store is operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
  • Guide and support colleagues in-store, maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Monitor store performance and provide feedback to management to help drive business improvement.
