L'assistant joue un rôle clé dans la réalisation et la gestion des investissements en infrastructures, agissant en tant que gestionnaire. Il collaborera avec l'ensemble de l'équipe pour évaluer les opportunités d'investissement en infrastructures, en se concentrant principalement sur le marché européen, mais également à l'échelle mondiale. Cela inclut la recherche, la formulation de recommandations, la participation à l'exécution des investissements, ainsi que le suivi et la gestion des actifs.

Votre capacité à établir des relations à l'échelle mondiale, tant en interne qu'en externe, est cruciale pour garantir notre succès futur.

Responsabilités du poste

A) Analyse des opportunités d'investissement :

Examen :

  • Effectuer des recherches sur diverses opportunités d'investissement en infrastructures et procéder à leur analyse et évaluation.
  • Développer des modèles financiers dynamiques et complexes pour analyser les possibilités d'investissement, y compris la vérification des hypothèses et des éléments sensibles.
  • Réaliser la due diligence sur les opportunités d'investissement, en tenant compte des performances financières passées et projetées, de la qualité des équipes de direction, des risques associés, des rendements attendus, ainsi que des facteurs réglementaires et sectoriels.
  • Examiner les rapports de due diligence fournis par des tiers (rapports juridiques, comptables, stratégiques sectoriels, environnementaux, etc.).
  • Analyser les évaluations, y compris la valeur actualisée des flux de trésorerie, les transactions antérieures et les entreprises comparables.
  • Rencontrer les dirigeants des entreprises et examiner les performances passées, les stratégies, les perspectives, ainsi que d'autres sujets pertinents selon les besoins.

Recommandations :

  • Participer aux réunions de recommandations d'investissement de l'équipe Infrastructure.
  • Contribuer à la présentation des recommandations d'investissement aux comités concernés.

B) Exécution des investissements en infrastructures :

  • Assister à l'exécution globale des investissements.
  • Maintenir la communication avec les partenaires d'investissement (autres investisseurs) et les conseillers (financiers, juridiques, etc.).

C) Surveillance des investissements en infrastructures :

  • Suivre la performance financière et opérationnelle des investissements en infrastructures.
  • Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration des performances et contribuer à leur mise en œuvre au sein des entreprises du portefeuille.
  • Aider à l'évaluation des investissements en infrastructures.
  • Établir et entretenir des relations avec les équipes de gestion des sociétés du portefeuille.

D) Renforcement de l'équipe :

  • Participer aux réunions hebdomadaires du service.
  • Faciliter le partage des connaissances en coordonnant et en alimentant les bases de données de gestion des connaissances.
  • Accomplir d'autres tâches et projets qui pourraient être assignés.

Qualifications

  • Expérience pertinente dans le secteur des services bancaires d'investissement ou des sociétés fermées, avec une spécialisation en infrastructures souhaitable.
  • Détention d'un baccalauréat, avec des antécédents académiques solides.
  • Compétences avérées en recherche, modélisation financière, analyse et évaluation.
  • Professionnalisme et intégrité.
  • Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et en relations d'affaires.
  • Capacité à communiquer efficacement, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
  • Flexibilité, capacité d'adaptation et sens de l'initiative.
  • Bon jugement.
  • Capacité à respecter des délais et à travailler efficacement sous pression.
  • Esprit d'équipe et enthousiasme pour une culture de haute performance.
