Job Title: Sales Engineer - Fire Detection

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team at Protec Fire Detection PLC. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our fire detection and alarm systems to clients across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, M&E consultants, and electrical contractors to identify sales opportunities and promote our products.
  • Prepare and deliver technical submissions, quotations, and presentations to support sales efforts.
  • Work closely with the regional sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, British Standards, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering.
  • Experience in the fire, life safety, and security sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours and travel across the UK.
