About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our team at Young's. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Head Chef to develop and implement new menu ideas and dishes.
  • Lead a team of chefs to ensure seamless kitchen operations and high standards of food quality.
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to optimize profitability.
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure excellent customer service and a warm welcome for all guests.
  • Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and best practices to continuously improve our menu offerings and kitchen operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Kitchen Manager in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm and composed demeanor in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional food quality and service.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
