Position: Finance Support Specialist

We are pleased to assist a reputable and expanding organization in their search for a Finance Support Specialist. This role will encompass the management of Billing, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable functions, along with overseeing cash reporting and bank reconciliation processes.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Oversee client invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while focusing on minimizing debtor days through collaboration with the Operations team to align invoicing submission schedules.

2. Enhance customer collection processes and manage aged debtors, including the establishment of key performance indicators and reporting to Senior Management.

3. Process goods and expense invoices and conduct supplier statement reconciliations.

4. Set up new customer accounts, apply for, and actively manage customer credit limits.

5. Generate and maintain reconciliations for bank, debtor, and creditor balance sheets.

6. Prepare cash flow reports to assist in cash flow management and liquidity planning for the organization.

7. Contribute to the reporting of Management Accounts.


Qualifications:


The ideal candidate will possess:

- A minimum of AAT Level 4, with a preference for CIMA qualification or equivalent experience.
- Proficient Excel skills, including the use of pivot tables.
- Relevant experience in roles such as Accounts Administrator, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or Finance Assistant.
