Ecommerce Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Manager to join our team at Zachary Daniels. As the Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, including website management, customer experience, sales optimisation, and digital strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce platform, including website management, customer queries, returns, exchanges, payments, and more.
- Manage the customer relationship journey, ensuring all queries, complaints, and feedback are handled efficiently to uphold premium customer service standards.
- Validate orders through fraud checks, manage cart abandonment, and continually analyse sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to boost traffic, sales, and customer satisfaction.
- Control and optimise the digital experience across all owned online channels and third-party retailers, ensuring consistency and engagement.
- Work alongside marketing, PR, and IT teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvements.
- Experience in a digital marketing and e-commerce environment.
- A strong command of e-commerce/CMS platforms.
- A broad understanding of all things digital, with a desire to keep learning about social media platforms, apps, and the latest tech trends.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Strong data analysis skills, with an eye for detail and a knack for improving traffic, sales, and customer engagement.
- A good understanding of UX design, and a desire to test and implement innovative ideas that drive performance.
- The ability to prioritise and multitask, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
