- Provide expert care based on a personalized plan in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
- Ensure accurate and detailed notes are documented on all care delivered
- Be an ambassador for Innovate Care Group when working in the field
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other stakeholders to deliver high standards across all work undertaken
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience within a care setting
- Demonstratable commitment to providing high quality, safe and effective care
- Have an understanding of safeguarding
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing holistic care
