This role will involve overseeing multiple sites, ensuring the seamless operation of facilities and equipment across various healthcare locations.


As a Technical Operations Leader, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the ongoing maintenance and functionality of all site infrastructure and equipment, thereby guaranteeing a safe and efficient operational environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize maintenance tasks to uphold safety and efficiency standards.
  • Implement a structured preventative maintenance program to maintain high operational standards.
  • Lead the service, testing, diagnosis, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of all testing and maintenance activities in compliance with current healthcare regulations.
  • Coordinate emergency maintenance operations outside regular hours, including weekend cover and contractor oversight.
  • Provide on-call support as part of a scheduled rota.


Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical, plumbing, or engineering disciplines, with relevant experience in building services. Experience within a healthcare setting is advantageous.
