Cyber/Digital Development Lead

Compensation: Fixed point 37: £39,819 gross per annum plus market premium of up to £5k per annum

Position Responsibilities:

This role presents an exciting chance to join an ambitious college with significant aspirations. You will spearhead the development of local and regional employer and stakeholder partnerships to enhance and elevate the College's engagement and standing within the sector. Your responsibilities will include co-creating and delivering curriculum content and developing resources tailored to meet employer demands, including T Levels and Apprenticeships. Additionally, you will contribute to the delivery of other programs within the Creative and Digital department while supporting employer engagement and enhancing the College's reputation in further and higher education.

Candidate Requirements:

Applicants must possess a UK Honours degree or a UK ENIC recognized degree in a Computing/Digital discipline, along with level 2 qualifications in English and mathematics. A strong background in the sector, with established connections to local and regional employers, is essential, as is relevant industrial and/or professional experience in Cyber/Computing. The ability to cultivate and manage employer relationships within local and regional industries, ensuring consistent engagement, and designing a cyber/digital curriculum model that aligns with employer needs is crucial.
