The Role

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of digital education at Blackburn College. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and delivering engaging curriculum programs aligned with industry demands.
  • Building strong relationships with local and regional employers to understand their needs and ensure our courses meet current market trends.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to create innovative learning experiences that prepare students for successful careers in the cyber/digital sector.
  • Contributing to the overall growth and reputation of Blackburn College's digital programs.
What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with:

  • A UK Honours degree or UK ENIC recognised degree in a Computing/Digital discipline.
  • Level 2 qualifications in English and maths.
  • Proven experience in the cyber/digital sector, including knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • A passion for education and a commitment to student success.
