About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber / Digital Development Lead to join our team at OnlyFE. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving our digital transformation and leading our technical innovation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of our digital strategy, ensuring alignment with our business goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of digital solutions, including software applications, infrastructure, and cybersecurity measures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize digital initiatives, ensuring effective resource allocation and project management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives, with a strong track record of success in driving business growth and improvement.
  • Extensive knowledge of digital technologies, including software development, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
