Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated Enhanced Security Officers to support our high-profile contract.

Key Responsibilities
Your role will encompass the following duties:
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety protocols as established by our client and the security provider.
  • Conduct thorough checks on delivery vehicles and personnel, ensuring compliance with DCO obligations.
  • Address any delivery-related issues promptly.
  • Execute tasks as directed by your supervisor.
  • Manage duties at the Site Main Entry Point.
  • Perform search procedures on vehicles and individuals.
  • Engage in visible patrols, both on foot and in vehicles.
  • Utilize Proof of Presence systems.
  • React to security incidents and assist in coordinating follow-up actions.
  • Compile incident reports.
  • Coordinate with emergency services as needed.
  • Maintain and operate equipment, reporting any malfunctions.
  • Deliver exceptional standards of care for customers and colleagues.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Educational Background
  • A solid educational foundation in Mathematics, English, and IT.
  • Entry-level IT qualification is advantageous.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in security roles within corporate, critical national infrastructure, law enforcement, or military settings.
  • Familiarity with Health & Safety regulations.

Qualifications Required
  • Ability to pass and maintain National Security Clearance Vetting.
  • A valid Security Industry Authority (SIA) Licence is essential.
  • Possession of a UK Driving Licence.
  • Capability to provide a verifiable five-year work history.
Training and Development
  • Contract-specific training including BPSS Vetting, NNB, CSCS H&S, D&A Test, EDF Induction, and SC Clearance.
  • Internal training such as BS7858 Vetting, Security Provider Online Induction, and Security Provider Site Induction.
  • Completion of SIA Licence (Security Guard level or above) and additional courses as required.
