Position Overview
We are seeking qualified Enhanced Security Officers to fulfill critical roles in safeguarding our client's facilities, assets, personnel, and visitors.

Compensation and Work Schedule
Rate of pay is £16.11 per hour, with an average of 42 hours per week, structured around a 12-hour shift rotation that includes days, nights, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities
Enhanced Security Officers are essential in establishing a strong security presence that is both authoritative and composed. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Adhering to all Health & Safety protocols as mandated by our client and the security provider.
  • Conducting thorough checks on delivery vehicles and personnel to ensure compliance with operational obligations.
  • Reporting any delivery discrepancies promptly.
  • Executing tasks as directed by supervisory staff.
  • Managing duties at the Site Main Entry Point.
  • Performing search procedures on vehicles and individuals.
  • Carrying out visible patrols on foot and via mobile units.
  • Utilizing Proof of Presence systems.
  • Responding to security incidents and assisting in follow-up actions.
  • Documenting incident reports accurately.
  • Coordinating with emergency services as necessary.
  • Maintaining and operating security equipment, reporting any malfunctions.
  • Delivering exceptional standards of care to clients and colleagues.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Educational Background
  • A solid educational foundation in Mathematics, English, and IT.
  • Entry-level IT certification is advantageous.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in security roles within corporate, critical national infrastructure, law enforcement, or military settings.
  • Familiarity with Health & Safety regulations.

Qualifications Required
  • Capability to pass and maintain National Security Clearance Vetting.
  • A valid Security Industry Authority (SIA) Licence is mandatory.
  • Possession of a UK Driving Licence is essential.
