Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated Enhanced Security Officers to support our esteemed operations.

Compensation
Hourly Rate: £16.11
Average Weekly Hours: 42 (based on a rotating 12-hour shift pattern including days, nights, and weekends)

Role Responsibilities
Enhanced Security Officers are crucial in safeguarding our client's facilities, assets, personnel, and visitors. Key responsibilities include:
  • Maintaining a strong security presence that is both authoritative and composed.
  • Executing various tasks as directed by supervisors, acting as key representatives of the security provider.
  • Utilizing the Delivery Management System to coordinate with vehicle drivers and ensure compliance with operational obligations.
  • Conducting all activities with a focus on Health & Safety and adherence to Assignment Instructions and Site Guidance Procedures.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Educational Background
  • Strong foundational knowledge in Mathematics, English, and IT.
  • Entry-level IT qualification is preferred.

Experience
  • Prior experience in security roles within corporate, critical national infrastructure, law enforcement, or military settings is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Health & Safety regulations.

Qualifications
  • Must pass and maintain National Security Clearance Vetting.
  • Valid Security Industry Authority (SIA) Licence is required.
  • UK Driving Licence is essential.
  • Ability to provide a verifiable five-year work history.

Training Requirements
  • Completion of BPSS Vetting, NNB, CSCS H&S, D&A Test, EDF Induction, and SC Clearance.
  • Internal training includes BS7858 Vetting, Security Provider Online Induction, and Security Provider Site Induction.
  • Must hold SIA Licence (Security Guard level or above) and complete Security Provider ESO Course.
