IN2 Consult is seeking a meticulous Finance Operations Associate to enhance our finance team. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency of our financial processes as we continue to expand.
The Finance Operations Associate will play a crucial role in managing invoice processing, resolving discrepancies, executing payment cycles, and collaborating with vendors while supporting the collections team.
A successful candidate will have strong computer skills, particularly in Excel, and some experience in a corporate or professional setting. They should exhibit a customer-focused approach and the capability to adapt to new software applications. Experience with automated accounting systems for accounts payable, assisting in audits, and managing year-end financial processes is advantageous, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a substantial volume of invoices while overseeing and maintaining the purchase ledger.
- Reconcile supplier and bank statements along with company expenses.
- Efficiently identify and resolve queries.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers regarding outstanding balances.
- Work collaboratively with various departments to address issues and enhance processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and approvals for payments.
Desired Experience:
- Proficient in Excel and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in Accounts Payable or a similar financial environment is preferred.
- Self-motivated, independent worker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with automated accounting software is a plus.
