About Brookside Group Practice
We are a dynamic and innovative medical practice, part of the Earley Primary Care Network, serving approximately 31,000 patients across four sites. Our team of around 130 people includes a diverse range of healthcare professionals, including doctors, physician associates, pharmacists, paramedics, nurses, and administrative staff.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Finance Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operational team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of our business, including the primary care network. This is a varied role that will require you to work closely with our finance, facilities, and practice support teams.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial management of Brookside Group Practice business, including the primary care network.
- Maintain oversight of facilities management related to all sites of Brookside Group Practice.
- Be a point of contact for facilities-related matters.
- Ensure partnership-related events are planned well in advance.
Requirements
- Experience of working in finance.
- Knowledge in facilities/premises management.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
- Qualification in Finance or Accountancy.
- Experience of working in the NHS.
- Experience of working in a GP practice.
- Experience of line managing a team.
