We are seeking a highly skilled Business Partner to join our team at Comensura. As a Business Partner, you will be responsible for building and managing excellent working relationships with our customers, aligned with their needs and contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and mitigate risks to our customers and stakeholders, exploring alternative solutions when the supply chain fails to deliver.
  • Manage effective relationships with customers, conducting regular review meetings and health checks to ensure their needs are met.
  • Drive and deliver best-in-class service and value for our customers, leveraging our technology and services to meet their needs.
  • Share knowledge and expertise with customers on legislation, market changes, and challenges, demonstrating our ability to provide the best possible solutions.
  • Resolve and support customers through the audit process, addressing any potential issues and ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Proactively increase services to our customers, seeking opportunities to maximize revenue and adoption of our core services.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in MSP and/or staffing, with a strong understanding of the industry and markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office software and ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively.
  • Team player with a flexible and confident approach to work, with a strong understanding of industry and markets.
