Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and become a trusted advisor on all HR-related matters.
  • Collaborate with managers to ensure HR issues are addressed in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employment-related matters, ensuring compliance with best practices, company policies, and current legislation.
  • Support with mergers and acquisitions, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
  • Review and update policies and procedures to ensure they are fit for purpose and compliant with current UK legislation.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, providing guidance to managers and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Work closely with managers to drive high performance through the performance review process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing development plans.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and develop improvement plans to enhance employee engagement and experience.
  • Support business leaders in driving equality, diversity, and inclusion initiatives, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of training plans, coordinating external training and delivering training sessions as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with legislative changes and HR best practices, ensuring Carousel Logistics remains compliant and competitive.
  • Support the implementation of Group HR projects, driving business growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR business partnering, with a track record of success in a similar role.
