About This Opportunity

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a highly skilled Customer Journey Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Consumer Lending division, you will play a critical role in understanding and optimizing the end-to-end customer experience.

As a Customer Journey Manager, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing customer journeys, collaborating with product owners and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology and business processes. You will also lead continuous improvement efforts, identifying and addressing shortcomings in existing processes, systems, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and optimize customer journeys to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology and business processes
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts to identify and address shortcomings in existing processes, systems, and procedures
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer journey mapping and optimization
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex business challenges
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business improvement
