Job Title: Head of Building Asset Management

Founded in 2011, Fasanara Capital Limited is a global asset manager and technology platform. We are a pioneer investor in Fintech Lending, enabling Real Economy Impact. Our team is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions in the field of asset management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead and manage tokenisation projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technology, legal, compliance, and investment teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Tokenisation and Blockchain: Oversee the integration of blockchain and tokenisation technologies into existing systems and processes.Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure robust and secure implementation of tokenisation solutions.Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with tokenisation and blockchain technologies.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all tokenisation activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.Work closely with the legal and compliance teams to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.Strong understanding of financial instruments and alternative assets.Strong experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on alternative asset management and/or digital assets.Proven track record in project management, particularly in leading complex, cross-functional projects.Extensive experience with blockchain technology and tokenisation.Location: London – Onsite 5 days per week.
