For those new to the care sector, we will provide comprehensive support. Upon joining Eden Futures, you will receive compensation while participating in an extensive Induction Programme that includes in-person training, online learning, and shadowing seasoned team members. For newcomers to care, we ensure you receive the necessary support to complete your Care Certificate and obtain a nationally recognized Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care or a related field, in collaboration with our training partner, Paragon Skills.
*Compensation is set at an hourly rate of £12.00. The annual salary indicated is based on a 42-hour workweek for informational purposes only.
We offer flexibility with full-time or part-time contracts and are open to candidates interested in Bank roles. Shifts may vary across days, nights, and weekends, allowing you to work around existing commitments.

We ensure that all staff members are vetted, selected, trained, and supervised fairly and to a high standard, enabling them to provide safe, effective, and compassionate care. As part of our application process, we conduct telephone screenings with candidates.
At Eden Futures, we support vulnerable adults, and therefore, roles involving direct contact with our clients are exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act. An Enhanced DBS Check will be required prior to joining us, with further details provided during the telephone screening.
According to our privacy notice, all pre-employment checks are conducted by our third-party provider, Adecco.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist service users in leading fulfilling and active lives in accordance with their preferences and choices, considering their assessed needs and individual support plans, and participating in the development of these plans when applicable
- Ensure the safety of individuals, taking appropriate measures to safeguard their welfare and protect them from harm whenever possible
- Provide emotional support as needed, maintaining a person-centered approach
- Facilitate service users' participation in selected social activities and community services, assist with financial management and medication, help with household tasks, and respectfully support personal care, hygiene, and healthcare needs
- Act as an informal point of contact for those within the service user's support network (e.g., family members and social workers)
- Accurately document and report any issues related to the care and support of our service users to monitor their health and wellbeing
- Adhere to Health and Safety regulations, prioritizing the health, safety, and welfare of others
- Build appropriate relationships with those we care for while maintaining professional boundaries
- Operate within organizational policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Demonstrate the organization's values and behaviors in all aspects of work.
