About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Community Care and Happiness Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfer, as needed.
  • Engage in activities with clients to promote social interaction and mental stimulation, such as conversation, games, and outings.
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and progress.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
Requirements
  • Must have a genuine desire to help people and a strong commitment to providing excellent care.
  • Must have a good level of spoken English and be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Must have access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license.
  • Must be able to commit to some weekend working, usually one in two, to ensure continuity of care.
