Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering their queries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers related to new or existing bookings, providing accurate and up-to-date information on our activities and locations.
- Book activities for customers over the phone or via email, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- Provide support to colleagues and work with the management team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Work flexibly to undertake ad-hoc duties as required to meet business needs.
Requirements
We are looking for a team player who is flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings. Ideally, you will have a customer service background and be able to provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
