About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our team at Tenon FM. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a better day, every day by maintaining a clean, safe, and serviceable environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out general cleaning duties as instructed within the premises, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Follow the custody cleaning ROTA and ensure that all areas are clean and presentable at all times.
  • Respond to emergency cleaning situations and follow the instructions of the custody sergeant.
  • Have a thorough understanding of site Health and Safety information and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Read, understand, and abide by specific site rules and regulations, including security procedures.
  • Handle and use chemicals and solutions in accordance with manufacturer's instructions and COSHH sheets.
  • Respond positively to any reasonable instruction from a Manager or the client.
  • Perform periodic tasks and other duties as directed by your line manager.
  • Report faults, breakages, accidents, and cleaning requirements that are not to standard.
