About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Churchill, a leading specialist FM provider in the UK. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate, educational, and commercial contracts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality cleaning services across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver cleaning services across multiple sites, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and strong relationships.
- Lead and develop a team of Supervisors and Operatives, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Conduct audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements and legislation.
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings, and account growth.

Requirements
- Strong communication and people management skills, with experience in managing and leading teams.
- Experience within a similar multi-site role, with a working knowledge of financial forecasting, budgeting, analysis, and Health and Safety systems.
- Proven organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Strong commercial awareness, financial management, and IT literacy, with excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- A clean driving license is essential, as you will be required to travel to different client sites on a daily basis.
