Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated Band 5 Community Nurses to join our North Kent Community Nursing Out of Hours Service. This role is essential in helping us enhance the quality of care provided to our patients.

Support and Development

Upon starting your journey with us, you will receive comprehensive support from management, colleagues, and our Training and Learning Enterprise (TLE) department. This will include training and guidance to help you acclimate to your new role. We are committed to your professional growth through regular team meetings to exchange best practices and one-on-one sessions with managers. You will also be equipped with the latest tools and technology to ensure you can deliver care of the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

As a Community Nurse, your primary responsibility will be to provide care to patients and their families, ensuring that you uphold our high service standards. You will actively participate in improving our practices and fostering a sense of value among everyone who interacts with our organization.

Utilizing your strong communication and organizational skills, along with a flexible approach, you will strive to create positive experiences for patients throughout their healthcare journey.
