Senior Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, leading a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure best practice
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
- Manage complex clinical caseloads and make informed decisions
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, guidelines, and regulations
- Registered Nurse RGN/RMN with postgraduate qualification or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years' experience at Band 5
- Working knowledge of current issues/agendas facing prison/offender healthcare
- Experience of multi-professional collaboration and working in partnership with other statutory and voluntary organisations
- Experience of setting, monitoring, and evaluating standards of care
